SORRY! YESYES I KNOW 5 CONSECUTIVE POSTS BUT I JUST HAVE A LOT TO SAY D:
-sigh- Blogger is dying on me - I can't format anything! So too bad now my posts are back to colourless-ness.
OKOK that wasn't my point. So, there's this RWinds concert on 30th December 2009, and they're playing really nice songs! Like Persis which my church friend in band sent to me because it was so cool! And then I realized they're playing it hahaha.
ANYWAY. (Sheesh. I'm digressing a lot!)

Is it OK? I mean, it doesn't say much about our item, except that we look like swaying seaweed. So I guess it's fine if other batches see it...?
In any case, we should definitely get a batch forum, so then people can reply to posts rather than spam the tagboard! And our replies will be more private haha.

Anyway, so Inunion is coming in slightly more than a week!
Aren't you excited? We're going to officially join main band! :D

I'm not sure about the order, but that doesn't really matter, does it? :)
Unfortunately, we don't have any songs to play as a batch. But we do have our batch song and batch item! So we have to put in all our time and effort to making this work! I'm sure we can do it! :)
Quoting Joanne, we currently look like swaying seaweed. That's not very good, is it? But then again, actions might seem inappropriate for a slow song like this. How about hugging each other? But that would be strange because the audience will feel very awkward... Acting out what happens in band life, i.e. the "special times"? We don't have to SAY anything, just act it out. Like a group of people laughing hysterically, to a snare drum dropping on SOMEBODY'S head, etc.
OK, just some suggestions. You guys should suggest stuff too! And definitely POST.
Yup, that's about it. I'll try to finish the introduction to our song ASAP and send to you guys? And Perina's doing the speech! See we put in so much effort; you must do your part and memorize the lyrics well :)

Hey batch!
Haha Sharon's at my house now! We're meeting up as BFFs first before going together for section outing :)
Anyway, she just told me she doesn't really like Two Worlds! So can we pleeaase change it D: I mean, nobody has objected to On My Way, but even Rachel has said that Two Worlds isn't...perfect. Heh.
Like, er, yeah. Have you guys sent the song to Wanyi or something? Can we change it? I know the whole batch is OK with it, but I object because the lyrics aren't really relevant to Inunion. Two worlds? Yes, we're one big family, but two worlds? We're from different SECTIONS, not WORLDS ;)
So yeppp, can we choose a song that conveys the subject matter more directly? Like...Amigos Para Siempre :D Haha no, maybe I'll Be There for You by The Rembrandts (1995), the theme song of Friends? Or Umbrella by Rihanna (2007) - I know this sounds strange, but according to http://top40.about.com/od/top10lists/tp/friendshipsongs.htm, "There is a bittersweet tone to Rihanna's megahit "Umbrella," but at the core of the song is a salute to the enduring power of friendship." So....how does that sound? I mean, Umbrella is quite catchy :) But seniors may not get the point :/

Hey batch!
We must really work hard for our batch item, OK? I don't think we're playing any songs as a batch, so these two songs are the only things we will be doing together as a batch.
Um, if you're not coming for Inunion, I still hope you'll put in the effort and time to learn and memorize the song! So at least you can be with us during the quality check or something? Or at least know it 'cos it's probably going to become a batch song or something? oO
Anyway, batch bonding time! Nobody has been going to the batch corrs in the morning -.- Please, we really need to 1) practice our batch song, and 2) bond! Besides, it's a tradition (I think), so I really hope we can continue it! :) OKOK? How does that sound?

Yeppp, as Qian Yi mentioned in her previous e-mail, I think it's a tradition to meet in batch corrs too! Batch 10 does it every morning and so did Batch 11, but I have no idea why they stopped recently oO
Anyway, we should start batch bonding time too! Basically we just go down to the batch corr every morning to chat and whatnot before going for morning assembly. How does that sound? :)
Because I think meeting in the afternoons isn't very...good. Sometimes people have other commitments like debate or their S-L projects, so they may not be able to make it. And we want most of the batch to make it, no? :)
So, what time should we meet? :D
